What should I do if my boyfriend has an panic attack? He hasn’t had issues since I met him (8 months now), but in the past he has tolerated a lot due to anxiousness, and he still takes medicine for that. going through a lot of life changes today (grad school, looking for a house, etc…) and even though I think he’ll be fine, he warned me in advanced that , or experience an anxiety attack. What could I do?

Get a copy of the DSM-IV-TR: Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. You can buy a copy used or maybe find it in the library. It has every disorder and mental illness imaginable.

I think, you think a lot.

You could have sleep paralysis (not serious, just anoying) try getting more sleep, you could also be stressed. I have heard voices in the middle of the day (as a teenager) some were strange some were friends and family. I can assure you I don't have schizophrenia or anything else now, or then.

Do you have much conversation with people? Do peoples reactions confuse you? With the example above would you actually say all that or just think it? This might be something that you will want to understand, I would advise telling a doctor and/or talking to a psychologist (if you are in USA, they usually work for your school district, if in UK try the school or the local authority) If you are in college they will be on campus or at the school somewhere. Anywhere else just go to the doctor and they should set you on the right track. Just tell them what you said here and anything else that confuses you.

Anyway just remember that most people who read the symptoms for any mental illness will always find traits that they have.

when i saw your question and notice your screen name, then i knew that both went hand in hand……..uncontroling acts of ones mind..if you have such acts, by all means get medical attention soon.

If you know history …
If you know history the ancient civilizations were not of whites for ex:- Egyptian, Babylonian,Mayan, Indian and Chinese. Those days Europens were very uncivilized and barbarians becz civilizations were developed regionaly in isolation. That is not the scene for today and future. European civilization started when hardly 600 years?.Decimal systems are the contribution of Indians w/o that how there can be science? Chinese invented paper and printing. wake up u racial homo sapiens.

Than it was a Roman …
Than it was a Roman Empire wich again conquered the half of the world…Plus Greeks and Romans gave large influence over nothern Africa,Asia,and all other conquered provinces…,so u see it si not 600 years myfriend but over 2500 years old if u can count….maybe u were thinking about a black people history wich lasted about 400-500(great discoveries era) years-they were discovered and brought as a slaves by whites to western Europe and America.I advice to read some books before posting comments

And Aztecs,Mayans,Egyptians and Babylonians dont even exist anymore.There are a lot of suggestions but for sure those people were different than all other races living on the earth nowaday-Their ancestry is a mistery till today,and howcome they knew so many things.i dont know much about Idndians-all I know u were conquered by Greeks(Alexander the Great),and English.I agree about Chineese people-they were developed,and whites took alot especially in warfare from them,and middle east(in medevial)
